Designed and implemented HubSpot from scratch across 75+ users and 5 managers. Established attribution tracking, pipeline governance, and forecasting visibility with 80%+ adoption inside the first year. Cost of sale dropped 47% via three structural shifts: lead-source rationalization, qualification tightening, and outbound-activity standardization. ACV climbed from $2,600 to $4,200. Close rate moved from 10% to 24%. Forty-five percent revenue growth followed the system, not the other way around.
